Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers FREE USA and International Shipping with tracking for orders more than $49. Hurray!
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times (Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times have increased significantly and your order would take 3 - 8 weeks to reach you)
USA and Canada: 7 - 20 working days*
Oceania: 8 - 20 working days*
Europe: 8 - 20 working days*
Latin America: 9 - 26 working days*
Other countries: 11 - 30 working days*
*The above shipping time is may not be applicable due to the Covid-19 pandemic which have caused shipping delays worldwide
Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
Lost/Missing Packages
SwitchOutfits are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
