Return and Refund
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the delivery date (as per tracking provided). If 90 days have gone by since you got your product delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If your item is not in the same condition as you received it, it is not eligible for return
To return an item, you should send an email to support@switchoutfits.com with your order information such as the email address used and your first and last name. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Products
We give you a full refund for products that are defective or damaged.

Please include a photo or video with your email as evidence of the defective or damaged product, along with a clear description of the issue.
Lost Products
We offer a refund for products that have been lost by the courier.

30-Day No Delivery
We offer a refund for products that have not been delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
For products not delivered within 30 days from the order, please contact our customer service department at support@switchoutfits.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
